3 ROLLER MILL
INTRODUCTION
Material to be ground is fed to the grinding chamber through star feeder. The positioning of the ploughs ensures that the material continuously passes between the rotating rollers and the stationary bull ring and as such this brings about grinding process. The ground material is swept by the ascending stream of air and carried to the classifier. Over sized particles are returned by the classifier to the grinding chamber for regrinding. The desired product is carried to the cyclone. The final product is collected at the bottom of the Cyclone while the Air having fine dust is discharged from the Top of the Cyclone and the Dust laden air goes to the Dust Collection Unit where the dust is separated and clean Air is discharged in the Atmosphere

PRINCIPLE
Material is ground by pressure & friction between stationary bull ring and the rotating rollers, which swing outwards due to the centrifugal force
DESIGN.
· MILL
The mill foundation houses the drive pull which incorporates a thrust bearing to support the central shaft and endures the roller loads. The grinding rollers are hinged on the spider. The roller assembly is uniquely designed to prevent the possible entry of fine powder. A perfect ball bearing with neoprene rubber seal is incorporated to prevent the entry of dust to the roller arm assembly. The contact area between roller arms and bull ring is maintained in such a way to achieve uniform and gradual wear & tear of the Roller.
· CLASSIFIER
The Classifier helps to obtain any mesh size upto 400 mesh by increasing or decreasing the RPM of the Whizzer Classifier through a Variable Speed Drive Motor. A knob is provided to adjust the required mesh. This helps in saving a lot of Time, Money & Energy. A Gear Box is mounted in the Classifier driven by 5 HP Electric Motor which is designed in such a way to prevent entry of the dust in the Gear Box.
· BLOWER
The Fan casing is made from 5 mm M.S. Plate and suitable base is mounted with casing for the Electric Motor arc bearing Housing. The Base is made from 8 mm thick plate The M.S Fabricated Impeller is fitted on the shaft and shaft is mounted with Mono Plumber block and bearings. The blower is driven through a V-belt transmission with the help of Electric Motor.

1) Fertilizer plant

NPK mixture fertilizers are formulated & recommended by agricultural scientists to enhance the output of the crops by giving it specific and exclusive blend of plant nutrients. All the major plant nutrients like Nitrogen, Phosphorus Sulphur and Potash are mixed in different ratios to make it suitable for specific crops. These specific ratios of NPK & 8 are called grades. The numbers in the grade's name represents the percentage of N1, P2O5 & K2O respectively in the mixture. There are separate grades for Rice, Wheat, Potato and Sugarcane, etc.
NPK fertilizer plants are used for production of complex with different concentrations and types, such as inorganic fertilizers and biological fertilizers. These fertilizers can be obtained in the form of uniform granules from upto 4mm size. These granules are white, cream brown, gray or black in colour.
Process Design
The raw materials is in the weight belts conveyors are weighed in hopper and moved to grinding and then to mi Mixer for producing homogenous mixture. The material is mixed with the recycle material and taken for granulation in granulation drum where the partial granulation is achieved with very fine jet of water spray. The fine powder gets deposited on a small naclei. This process can be controlled to produce particle size as per the demand of the customers. The material is taken to dryer drum where hot air generated in the furnace is passed though it. The raw material having low melting points easily melts and gets deposited on the nuclei. The high temperature evaporates water and the material is air dried. Further, the material is cooled by blowing ambient air through it in cooler drum. The 1 - 4 mm or desired size homogenous particles are obtained using vibrating screens. The screened particles of uniform size are precisely packed in bag. The oversize material (after crushing) and undersize are recycled. The dust in the system can be separated with cyclones and scrubbed with water.

ABOUT GYRO SCREEN (vibro shifter)
New technology
shifter is giving horizontal, vertical and circular mechanical
vibration. Vibro Shifter is for screening dry powder OR wet medium. It
is also useful for separation solid-solid OR Solid-liquid and
classification of solid. It is rigid screening device, which vibrates
with screen above its center of mass. Whole mass is suspended on coil
springs, which gives thrust to screening unit by its own compression and
de-compression. Spring allow unit to vibrates freely and also prevent
transmission of vibration on floor. Number of screen decks and spacing
frame assembled on circular base frame. Screen is uniformly tensioned in
all direction by center support. Specially designed vibrating motor
generates vibration. Eccentric shaft is fixed on both side extended
motor shaft. Eccentric weight is rotate with motor and generates
vibration of whole masks.
HOW GYRO SCREEN (vibro shifter) WORKS
Material
for screening is to be fed into upper screen deck. Fine material enter
into lower deck after pass from top screen and coarser remain over
screen. Material over each deck is automatically discharge from
individual discharge spout. Over size material discharge rate can be
increase by increasing horizontal throw. Horizontal throw is increase by
rotation of upper eccentric mass. Maximum vertical vibration is
desirable for clean the screen and dislodge material. Vertical and
tangential plane vibration is change by lower weight. Angular position
of upper and lower eccentric weight is for control circular motion of
particles in the screen for getting better screening efficiency.

How it works

PELLETIZER DESCRIPTION

The rotating pan is mounted on a tilting frame. Material is fed from above through a conveyor. Pelletizing liquid is sprayed through nozzles mounted on a movable manifold .Pellets are formed by the rolling motion of material in the pan and the liquid spray. Pellet size is determined by pan inclination, amount of liquid and other parameter. The rolling motion causes the larger pellets to rise to the surface and discharge continuously over the pan rim into a discharge chute.

Microniz Air Classifier
Our Micronizing plant consists = feed hopper with screw feeder, Ultra fine air classifier ,,inter-connecting Ducts, Dust Collector (Bag Filter), Blower, Air Compressor and Electric Control Panel with Electric Motors.
OPERATION: This unit has specially been designed to serve the purpose of classification of the ground material. The mineral powder of 400/500 mesh size is feed to the hopper through screw feeder which further leads to the classifier unit which classifies the powder in the order of 20 or 10 micron size and the coarse material (i.e. Tailing) is recovered from the bottom of the Air lock. The classifier runs through ‘V’ Belts drive with the help of Electric Motor. The RPM of the classifier is adjusted through variable frequency drive in order to obtain different microne sizes. The Blower Placed in the circuit pushes the material to the classifier unit for classification of the material as per requirement and then the same goes to the RPJ Dust Collector from where the final product is collector through Air Lock. It is a Continuous process wherein we feed new material with tailing material through screw feeder.

Description
It is use where high speed mixing process is required
1. Horizontal Plough Mixer consists of four parts: Transmission part, Agitator, Round Container, High-speed cutter.
2. Two kinds of Transmission parts: Direct Connection type ( It can be installed as required to solve space problem.), Divided type (Chain driving and Belt driving).
3. The high-speed rotation coulter of the agitator disperse the materials from the axial direction, it also makes simple circle movement along the container.
4.The cutter in the mid rotates at a speed of 1440rpm to assist the materials mixing and agglomerate dispersing and depolymerization.
5.On special condition, the cutter speed can designed up to 2800rpm
