Guar Gum & OTHER STARCH MACHINERY

To reduce the manual operation, the Guar Gum, TKP, CMTKP and other starch manufacturing Plants are designed with various automated systems and machinery. Such important machinery is compiled below, and they are Cracker, Roasting Unit, Flakers, Pneumatic System, Pulverizer, Storage Feeder, Reactors, Drying Unit, Feeder, Ultra Fine Grinder, Final Blender, Silo, and Hot Water Tank.

The process includes the treatment of starch powder with the convenient catalyst based on the items to be produced. Control of temperature and prevention of lump formation asserts your uttermost care.

Accordingly, the reaction will take place with the presence of the oxidizing agent. The reacted product will be driven to the ground and dried to a certain level. To get the suitable shape and size of the particle, the products are then sent to the Pulverizer system. After getting the durable products, it will be packed as required and shipped to the stores.
