INTRODUCTION
OPERATION
Material to be ground is fed to the grinding chamber through star feeder. The positioning of the ploughs ensures that the material continuously passes between the rotating rollers and the stationary bull ring and as such this brings about grinding process. The ground material is swept by the ascending stream of air and carried to the classifier. Over sized particles are returned by the classifier to the grinding chamber for regrinding. The desired product is carried to the cyclone. The final product is collected at the bottom of the Cyclone while the Air having fine dust is discharged from the Top of the Cyclone and the Dust laden air goes to the Dust Collection Unit where the dust is separated and clean Air is discharged in the Atmosphere

For saving energy and achieving good quality products, we have developed a THREE ROLLER MILL and a CLASSIFIER for it which ensures consistent output upto 400 Mesh.
PRINCIPLE
Material is ground by pressure & friction between stationary bull ring and the rotating rollers, which swing outwards due to the centrifugal force 
DESIGN.
MILL
The mill foundation houses the drive pull which incorporates a thrust bearing to support the central shaft and endures the roller loads. The grinding rollers are hinged on the spider. The roller assembly is uniquely designed to prevent the possible entry of fine powder. A perfect ball bearing with neoprene rubber seal is incorporated to prevent the entry of dust to the roller arm assembly. The contact area between roller arms and bull ring is maintained in such a way to achieve uniform and gradual wear & tear of the Roller. 
CLASSIFIER
The Classifier helps to obtain any mesh size upto 400 mesh by increasing or decreasing the RPM of the Whizzer Classifier through a Variable Speed Drive Motor. A knob is provided to adjust the required mesh. This helps in saving a lot of Time, Money & Energy. A Gear Box is mounted in the Classifier driven by 5 HP Electric Motor which is designed in such a way to prevent entry of the dust in the Gear Box.
BLOWER
The Fan casing is made from 5 mm M.S. Plate and suitable base is mounted with casing for the Electric Motor arc bearing Housing. The Base is made from 8 mm thick plate The M.S Fabricated Impeller is fitted on the shaft and shaft is mounted with Mono Plumber block and bearings. The blower is driven through a V-belt transmission with the help of Electric Motor.
CONSTRUCTION
the ploughs are cast out of Manganese Steel while the rollers and the bull ring are of Carbon See Casting. Classifier, Cyclone, Dust Collector, Blower, Ducting & supporting structure are made of Mild Steel Sheet a~z structural. Heavy duty Base Plate, Shell and Gear Box ar e made from Cast Iron and Mill Shell Body is single piece casting.

ABOUT IMPEX PULVERIZER/MINI PULVERIZER
Shalimar  impex pulverizer is to make powder of different material. Pulverization in this is done by continuous impact of rotating hammers against grinding liners. Raw material feed in rotary feeder from inlet hopper and spills into the grinding chamber. Strong hammering breaks lumps into small particles. At the same time air stream blowing through the pulverizer carries the ground material towards outlet. Whizzer classifier doesn’t allow oversize particles to pass and returned them into the grinding chamber. They are re-grind and reduced up-to acceptable size. Fan is working for convey particles passed from Whizzer and send it to cyclone collector. Three-way connection Cyclone & dust collector (fabric type) provides clear air to the mill and keeps entire operation free from dust too.

ABOUT MIRACLE MILL/HAMMER MILL
Miracle mill/ Hammer Mill is useful for high production. Fineness isn’t possible to achieve as much as pulverizer.

Miracle mill / Hammer mill is similar to impex pulverizer. Perforated liner is fitted in bottom half of grinding chamber. Hole diameter and pitch can be decide based on mesh size requirement. Whizzer isn’t require because material is classified by perforated liner.

About major components/unit of Impex pulverizer/Mini Pulverizer/Miracle Mill / Hammer Mill.

1. MAIN BODY: Main body (grinding chamber) made out of CI. It includes replaceable grinding liner/plates of different require shapes for different material. Metal trap would remove heavy foreign material.

1. FEEDER: Automatic feeder having with variable speed star Feeder is provided for controlled feed.
2. ROTOR: Rotor is made from thick plate fitted on main shaft. Hammers are hinged on it. It prevents breakage of hammers. Main shaft is supported by heavy-duty bearings fitted in dust tight housings.
3. WHIZZER: whizzer is conical shaped having adjustable whizzer blades for adjust desire fineness in the range of 100-300 meshes, depending upon the material.
4. BLOWER: Blower is heavy-duty long life bolted blade to get replace quickly.
5. CYCLONE COLLECTOR: Made for excellent and efficient separation.
